Copeland’s of New Orleans and Cheesecake Bistro introduce locally inspired and fresh menu items just in time for the Lenten season.


New Orleans, LA – The Copeland Family of Restaurants, Copeland’s of New Orleans and Cheesecake Bistro by Copeland’s, rolled out their Louisiana Inspired Seafood Promotion to all guests at all participating locations.

Each concept has a variety of seafood dishes that are sure to satisfy each guest’s taste buds. The Copeland’s of New Orleans menu features an appetizer, Spicy Crawfish Cheese Fries, which is made with thick garlic butter fries, topped with crawfish gravy and more. Entrées featured at Copeland’s are a Shrimp Pot Pie, Shrimp Remoulade Po-Boy, Butterflied Catfish and Crawfish Sauce Piquant and the BBQ Shrimp Boil. Copeland’s is also featuring three Eat Fit NOLA seafood dishes that meet the requirements for healthy eating. The eat Fit NOLA dishes are the Shrimp & Catfish Marinara, the Garlic Shrimp Seabream and the Kids Grilled Shrimp Marinara.

Cheesecake Bistro will also offer three Eat Fit NOLA dishes; Bistro Tacos, Seabream with Herbed Lump Crabmeat, and Kids Grilled Shrimp. The Eat Fit NOLA dishes are joined by other fresh dishes like Campeche Seafood Stack, Shrimp Remoulade Wrap, Crispy Shrimp, Stuffed Fresh Fish and Parmesan Crusted Seabream.

“Each year we create a strong focus on our seafood dishes and also create new dishes to be a part of this promotion,” said Al Copeland Jr., Chairman of the Board and CEO of Al Copeland Investments. “This year, we not only introduced new delicious seafood dishes to both Copeland’s and Cheesecake Bistro but we also wanted to continue to offer healthy items through Eat Fit NOLA as well.”

For dessert, both Copeland’s of New Orleans and Cheesecake Bistro by Copeland’s will be featuring a fresh Red Velvet Waffle Hot Cake made to order, filled with ice cream, topped with fresh ripe strawberries, drizzled with white chocolate and finished with whipped cream.
